DESCRIPTION:
Gorgeous position for this stunning villa in the Amalfi coast, from where it is possible to enjoy a breathtaking view on the gulf of Ravello.
Placed as a fortress on a precipitous mountain, the villa has three entrances, once of which is a driveway leading to the garage and the remaining ones are pedestrians and go directly to the upper part of the villa, where there is a beautiful lemon-cultivation.
The first floor of the building is reachable through a staircase that starts from the parking area in front of the garage.
The house is disposed on two levels together with the covering terrace, from where it is possible to enter the apartment through two wide armoured doors made in hardwood.
The first reaches the living room and the second enters directly the kitchen. On the ground floor we find a garage of 28 square metres with its own bathroom of 17 square metres. In front of the garage we find a wide terrace of 50 square metres with sea-view, where from a staircase leads to the first floor. The two floors of the building are linked between them both through an internal double-ramped staircase and an elevator, which also reaches the terrace.
On the ground floor we find a living /sitting room with fireplace, making 60 square metres in all. Here some terraces offer a fantastic view on the gulf below. Still on this floor, but further east, we find the bedroom of 35 square metres and a terrace of 44 square metres, directly linked with the above mentioned one.

On the occasion of the restoration it has been created a sewing system with periodical emptying. The internal staircase has marmoured finishing and is lightened by a large window. The external ones are made with local terracotta.
The shutters are in hard wood, the flooring in vietrese ceramic, the doorsteps and windowsills are in marble and stone, bathrooms in china. There is an electric generator, a safe electric system and a video-intercom with alarm system.
