DESCRIPTION:The history of this place date back to the 17th Century, when the property belonged to an important Florentine family, the Compagni, who had it for over 2 centuries.
Afterwards bought at auction by another local family, the Ranieri Morali, and then passed into the hands of some other noble people of the age, it is still intact in the structure and internals, as beautiful as they were once.
Description of the villa: The villa is disposed on three floors for a total surface of 1000 square metres. The ground floor, with external access from the old stable, is composed of six rooms to be restored and three cellars. Accessing the villa from the eastern side, we find: entrance with reception, double living room, tv room, kitchen, two bathrooms and dining room. The first floor, reachable from the internal staircase, comprises five bedrooms with bathroom, two of which with panoramic terrace. The ceilings are with wooden beams and terracotta tiles and “graniglia” floorings.
On the second floor there are five other bedrooms with en suite bathroom, Tuscan style restore, with old terracotta flooring and ceilings with wooden beams and terracotta tiles. From this floor we access the tower, where it is possible to create a sixth bedroom.
