DESCRIZIONE:
Old stone farmhouse set in a small village just outside Umbertide, a small Umbrian town enjoying all the facilities.
The landscape all around the house is wonderful, with plenty of secular trees and greenery.
The house is disposed on two levels and is accessed both from the door on the ground floor and from the characteristic loggia on the first floor.
On the ground floor there is an ample living room with arches, a kitchen with dining room, four bedrooms and two bathrooms. One of the bedrooms enjoys private bathroom and a large, old stone constructed, fireplace.
