DESCRIZIONE:
Situated only a couple of minutes from the historical centre of Monterchi, Calcinaia is a rural complex of buildings to be restored surrounded by a wide piece of land, ideal to create both a pool and a garden as well as a riding ground.
The main house is disposed on three levels and measures 500 square metres in all.
