DESCRIZIONE:Placed on a wonderful hilly position just on the countryside that surrounds a small rural hamlet, Casa Umbra is a lovely apartment set on the top floor of an old stone house where just one family lives.
Three terracotta steps lead to the private entrance , is just underneath a small patio, perfect to sit down eating or drinking; it opens into the living-room with the fireplace; three steps down and there is the large one plan kitchen- dining-room. There a door divides the living area from the sleeping one and it leads through the passage. On the left hand side there is a bathroom with shower; on the right hand side, instead there are two double bedrooms with two windows each.
A third double bedroom with a wooden mezzanine floor would be very suitable for the children.

The whole apartment has been recently restored by the owner with finishes and systems to the highest standards and everything is perfect and looks very nice.
The piece of land that completes the property enjoys a stunning view as well and it is perfect to create a lovely garden.
The asphalted road, by going down few kilometres, leads to a small hamlet but where it is possible to buy food and drinks.
All the services you may need, then , can be easily found in Città di Castello, a large town wit about 50.000 inhabitants.
There are several banks, chemist’s shops, post office, both indoor and out door public swimming pools, restaurants. Città di Castello is also set of very interesting Cultural events like the “Festival delle Nazioni di Musica da Camera”.
All the main Umbrian centres are easily reachable thanks to the very useful E45 motorway that is one of the main thoroughfares of the central Italy.
Thanks to the fact that Città di Castello is very close to the borders with Tuscany it is easy to reach many other interesting Tuscan places as well.
