DESCRIZIONE:
Beautiful historical property once a watch tower.
Set in a beautiful unspoiled landscape, just a few minutes drive from Sansepolcro, a semi detached old stone house set on three floors.
The access to the ground floor, which has been completely restored, is through an arch where there is, on the right, an old bread oven and on the left a small closet. The main entrance opens then into the kitchen/ living-room ( with old ceilings in wooden beams and terracotta tiles) with one window and with an old stone fireplace. The floor is all paved with flagstones. A door from there leads to a second room which is still just finished to a builders finish, with wooden beamed ceilings and concrete floor .
The access to the first floor is through a beautiful external staircase with old stone steps, landing just underneath the Loggia. Entering the main entrance we find a lounge with old wooden fireplace and with one window; the lounge is linked, through three doors, to :
1)an hallway with access to the bathroom with shower;
2)a large room with two windows;
3) to the old stone staircase, with 11 steps, leading to the second floor.
On the second floor : on the right hand side there is a room with wooden beamed ceilings, terracotta floors and with a door with access to a small store room. On the left hand side there is a passage leading to two further rooms, one of which with access to a beautiful panoramic terrace.
