Both of our families have spent the last 5 years visting Tuscany together for our summer holidays, so buying a property there was more of a 'when' and not an 'if'.
We were very luck to find Riccardo and Marta who have been absolutely fantastic in helping us find the right property and completing the sale.
Contrary to popular belief this process ended up being relatively simple and pain free, much of this being down to Riccardo and Marta's diligence and knowledge.
Riccardo and Marta also organised all of the utility and local authority arrangements.
So we are now the owner's of a fabulous mountain retreat near Caprese.
I would not hesitate to recommend The Romolinis to anyone who was considering buying a property in Italy.
