Next is the third dwelling (88 m²) formed by an entrance/living room with kitchenette, corridor announcing the three bedrooms with private bathroom; this portion of the property has been used for Bed & Breakfast activity.

The last portion of the building (90 m²), also renovated with the systems already in place but not yet furnished, can be used for various purposes.
