A few kilometers from Rimini and Santarcangelo di Romagna, in an open and sunny position, a 13th-century medieval tower for sale. The building was erected by a local noble family, whose coats of arms can still be seen on the façades of some of Rimini’s palaces, and has now been converted into a holiday home. The easily accessible location and proximity not only to the sea (15’ by car) but also to the main art cities of Romagna make the property very attractive.
