Spello

This historic palazzo is located in the heart of Spello, one of Italy's most charming medieval villages, nestled on the gentle slopes of Mount Subasio, between Assisi and Foligno. Set in a context rich in history, art, and traditions, the town preserves the charm of its Roman and medieval origins with stone alleys, flowered squares, and important monumental testimonies such as the Porta Venere and the Properzio Towers.

The house develops over three levels with a total area of 474 m² (5,100 ft²).

On the ground floor, there is a large entrance with a wood storage room and a staircase leading to the upper floors.

The right wing of the first floor hosts a large living/dining room with a large fireplace, the kitchenette, a partly mezzanine bedroom (currently used as a study) with a panoramic window overlooking the valley, a bedroom (also with a panoramic view), and a bathroom.

On the left wing, there is a charming hall with decorated ceiling, a lounge with a panoramic window, a Liberty-style bedroom/lounge, a second bedroom, a private chapel decorated, and a bathroom.

The second floor is attic, with a ceiling with exposed wooden beams. Part of it is used as a residence, with windows offering beautiful views of the Umbrian valley and city roofscapes. Here, a large kitchen/living room with a kitchenette, a bedroom, and a bathroom have been created. This floor also has approximately 77 m² of partially habitable attic zones, very useful as attics.
