This old Moroccan-style Riad dates back to the 19th century and is located right next to the El-Badi Palace with a beautiful view over the fortress’ imposing walls.

The building (517 m² in total) offers a total of eight suites (ranging 27 m² and 42 m²), a dining room with fireplace, a covered patio with pool, an ample terrace and two private terraces (for a total 230 m²). The terraces, in particular, could be used to start a restaurant in one of the most lively neighborhood of the Marrakesh Medina. Other rooms include a kitchen, two laundries, two living room and two separate entrance halls.

- Ground floor: entrance hall, two ample living rooms at the opposite sides of the internal courtyard and bathroom;

- First floor: two bedrooms, two dressing rooms and bathroom;
