In the higher part of Ravello, in a very convenient location with breathtaking views of the sea of the Amalfi Coast, stands this villa with garden and terraces. DESCRIPTION OF THE BUILDINGS

The main building, laid over three floors, houses the common area for guests with a bar, service bathrooms and exit to the panoramic terrace. The rest of the building, on the other hand, is divided into six apartments (about 45 m² – 484 ft² each), all consisting of a living room with kitchenette, bedroom and bathroom.

The outbuilding, also on three floors, houses instead three apartments (about 40 m² – 430 ft² each) also composed of living room with kitchenette, bedroom and bathroom.

Perched on the cliffs of the Amalfi Coast, in the pretty town of Vietri sul Mare, luxurious designer villa for sale. The property, designed by renowned architect Paolo Soleri in the 1950s, is the perfect example of the fusion of architecture and ecology so beloved of Soleri. The house is on one floor and houses a spacious living area with kitchen and service bathroom, large master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and second bedroom with en-suite bathroom.

The large window overlooking the sea offers breathtaking views and ensures continuity between indoors and outdoors, particularly in summer, when the two rooms merge and become one. The villa has three entrances: two directly from Via della Costiera Amalfitana, while the third from the road that runs alongside the villa and then continues down the cliff to the sea. From the house one can in fact reach the beach in about 10’ on foot simply by following the road (which, except for some steeper parts, is very smooth and entirely paved).

This wonderful villa has been built on the rocky ridge above the sea in a residential area in the upper part of Positano, reached on foot through a characteristic road with 118 steps. The view opens onto a series of terraces degrading towards the sea, giving birth to unique shades of colors, green at first, then blue and grey towards the horizon with the Faraglioni of Capri.

The property is just 15' from the Piazzetta dei Mulini, in the heart of Positano, where one can even park a car. What's more, the property owns two private car spots, a rarity in the Amalfi Coast.

From the main door, descending a few steps, one reached the ample terrace/hanging garden with a beautiful pergola leading to the relax area with whirlwind tub and a small outdoor gym. From the same terrace one can also enter the ground floor of the property, with a spacious kitchen, dining area and a stunning living room with an 18th-century fireplace opening onto the panoramic terrace. The floor is completed by a bedroom with private bathroom.

Through a staircase down from the side terrace next to the living room one can reach an intermediate terrace leading to a guesthouse made up of entrance room, living area, bedroom and private bathroom. Inside the rocky cliff, reached via an internal staircase from the kitchen or an external staircase from the terrace above, are two storage rooms.

Going further down one reaches the 2nd basement with two bedrooms with private bathroom on one side (reached from the 1st basement), and a bedroom with private bathroom and veranda on the other side (reached from the ground floor instead).

On the main part of the 3rd basement, split into two non-communicating sections as well, is another guesthouse made up of entrance room, central living room and two bedrooms with private bathroom. The other part of the level is made up of a terrace with several storage rooms.

On the lowest floor (4th basement) is the beautiful pool area with dressing room, whirlwind tub, summer kitchen and BBQ corner. At the opposite side of this huge terrace is the last bedroom, very spacious and welcoming, with private bathroom and a small exclusive terrace.

Each of the eight bedrooms are fitted with private bathroom and modern amenities such as air conditioning, VRD/DVD reader, satellite TV, minibar, private phone line an internet connection (WiFi and/or Ethernet).

Nestled on a rocky spur of the Amalfi Coast just outside Praiano, maritime tower converted into a private villa with access to the sea and panoramic terraces. 

The tower (155 m² – 1,668 ft²), with its imposing walls, is laid over two floors. On the lower level are a small entrance room with a staircase, a kitchen on the right and a storage room with bathroom on the left (this could easily be used as a bedroom). On the opposite side of the entrance door is the huge living area, covered by a dome, that houses a sea view dining area and an exit to the lower terrace of the tower (40 m²).

From the staircase in the entry, winding through the thick walls of the tower, one gets to the upper floor. Here are the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, two bedrooms and a bathroom. Two great arched windows lead outside onto the semicircular panoramic terrace (55 m²).

Just a short distance from the tower is an underground storage room (roughly 35 m² – 376 ft²) where one can easily shelter tools and seaside equipment. Right on the sea, at the foot of the cliif, is another storage room, also used for sea equipment.
