In Sansepolcro, in the historic center, we offer for sale an ancient palazzo from the 16th century, which belonged to a wealthy noble family of the area. The property is enhanced by an elegant 8,000-m² English-style park that rests on the castle wall and offers unparalleled views of the Valdichiana. On the Chianti hills, not far from Gaiole and Siena and in a panoramic position, rustic farmhouse with 3.0 ha of land for sale. The property is located in a very scenic area, with open views of the hills and vineyards of Tuscany, and historically populated since ancient times (Etruscan remains dating back to the 7th century BCE have been found in the area).

The turret houses a small sitting room with panoramic views.
