ANGHIARI: PANORAMIC TOWN HOUSE ON THE RAMPARTS

The building (95 sqm – 1,022 sqft), laid out onto four floors, is located along one of the entrance alley to the town, on a slightly sloped terrain. The ground floor includes two areas, slightly out-of-alignment and independently accessed via two separate doors. The upper part is a small entrance hall to the house, while the lower one encloses two small locals, intended as kitchen (or laundry room) and sitting room (or bedroom if needed). Mounting up the staircase we get to a mezzanine floor including a double bedroom and a bathroom. Going further up we get to the second floor with a dining room and a kitchen leading to the garden (to be bought separately). From here, through a wooden winding staircase, we get to the third and last floor, where we can find a closet-room, a bedroom and a bathroom.

The house, on the outside, is in excellent shape, with perfectly preserved stone walls. On the inside it needs some renovations to be carried out. The floors are mainly covered in terracotta and only the upper floor boasts parquet floors. Other details include a masonry and wood fireplace, arches and wooden beams.
