The building is in typical Arabic style, with presence of polychrome Zelliges and decorations from the Hispano-Arabic tradition. Inspiration for the building came from the fables of One thousand and one nights.

The riad (300 sqm – 3,229 sqft) is laid out onto four floors with a rooftop terrace:

- Ground floor: entrance hall, two ample living rooms at the opposite sides of the internal courtyard and bathroom;

- First floor: two bedrooms, two dressing rooms and bathroom;

- Second floor: two bedrooms and bathroom;

- Third floor: kitchen, dining room, bathroom and ample terrace.
