The country house (594 m² – 6,392 ft², 8 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms) is laid over three floors and is currently split into four independent apartments. The shared areas include a beautiful vaulted cellar (44 sqm – 474 ft²) and a storage room on the ground floor (13 m² – 140 ft²). An agricultural outbuilding (211 m² – 2,270 ft²), laid over two floors, houses several ample rooms currently used as storages and vehicle shelters.

Not far from the country house is a convenient garage (20 m² – 215 ft²) where a car can easily be sheltered.

The building, a typical Tuscan country house, was partially restored a few years back in a few spots but at the moment is in need of a total renovation and restoration. Some parts haven’t been used for many years and are non inhabitable as they are. As for finishes, the house still boasts all those features that make the Tuscan countryside so unique and characteristic, such as wooden beams, brick arches, terracotta floors, stone walls…

The country house is surrounded by 9,700 m² of land (2.4 ac), in the past landscaped into a garden. A general cleaning and recovery of several parts is needed but with some work a beautiful garden could be created, from which to enjoy the beautiful view over the Chianti hills and the characteristic medieval town nearby.

The house is currently split into apartments. This makes it very suitable either to start an accommodation business or to use the building as a private house for numerous families, since each apartment has independent access and enjoys good privacy. Alternatively, since works are nonetheless necessary to inhabit the building, it would be pretty easy to join the units back together into a single, ample countryside home.
