The wine cellar was established in what was once the prison workshop (previously already used as a winery) and could be expanded through the renovation of other parts of the prison.

It is important to note that the winery owns both its own land (approximately 5.5 ha) and leased plots (22.8 ha). The winery itself is housed in a building owned by the municipality, which has granted the company a 40-year lease (expiring in 2053).

Services for daily needs (including schools) are available in the town of Capraia (3 km; 10 min). The ferry service connects the island to the mainland with a stop in Livorno (about 3 hours 30 minutes), and from there you can easily travel throughout Tuscany. Pisa airport is about half an hour from Livorno and offers international flights year-round.

On the hills of Chianti, in the province of Florence, we find this small 4.8-hectare wine estate with Chianti Classico DOCG / Toscana IGT vineyards and a boutique accommodation business. DESCRIPTION OF THE BUILDINGS

The farmhouse (339 m² – 3,648 ft², 5 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms) is a rural building, recently renovated, spread over two levels. On the ground floor, the central entrance divides the kitchen, a dining room, and a large lounge. The corridor leads to a service bathroom and the first bedroom with private bathroom. A beautifully designed tasting room, incorporating historic architectural elements, offers an inviting space to showcase the estate’s wines. The vineyard itself is planted with a carefully selected mix of grape varieties, including Cabernet Sauvignon, Nero d’Avola, Frappato, Petit Verdot, Cabernet Franc, Syrah, and Grillo. Complementing the agricultural component, the estate includes an olive grove (0.7 ha for a total of 218 plants) of Frantoio, Leccino, and Raggia varieties that allows the production of excellent extra virgin olive oil (currently for the personal consumption of the owners).

On the hills of Chianti, not far from Greve, small 4,5-ha estate with Agriturismo and vineyard. The buildings are mainly intended for guest reception: the farmhouses (630 m² – 6,779 ft²) include eight independent apartments, plus a room with private bathroom, for a total of 25 beds which can use a 12 × 6 m swimming pool set in a very panoramic position with views of the surrounding vineyards.
