In the hills on the border between Valdichiana and Valdorcia, not far from Torrita di Siena and Sinalunga, wine estate with manor house for sale. DESCRIPTION OF THE BUILDINGS

The main villa (397 m² – 4,272 ft², 12 bedrooms and 9 bathrooms) is a two-story, red-painted and fully renovated building divided into four independent apartments:

On the other hand, the rest of the farm is covered by woodland (3.4 ha in Podere A) and a large plot of arable land (about 9.0 in Podere B) that is not currently exploited but could easily accommodate other vineyards.

On the hills of Tuscany between Empoli and Florence, in a very panoramic position, wine estate with 28 ha of vineyards for sale.
