In a very panoramic and quiet location in the Casentino mountains, not far from Talla, rural hamlet to be restored with 112.2 hectares of land for sale. The hamlet became a farming estate, owned by the Piccolomini-Clementini family.

This restored hamlet is located in the Chianti hills, in an outstanding and very panoramic position in the heart of the Tuscan countryside.
