In the hills of Todi, in the heart of Umbria, golf resort project for sale. The property is located about 8 km from the historic center of Todi, clearly visible in the distance, and has the basic amenities in the nearby town (3 km; 5'). The location of the property would still be very convenient and close to the major art cities of Umbria (Deruta, Orvieto, Perugia, Assisi...) and to Rome (128km; 1h 45').

The building is located 100 m from the San Biagio crossroad linking Montepulciano with the most known towns of Val d’Orcia and benefits from an excellent visibility. What’s more, the wellness center of the property could be easily made independent from the hotel, creating a separate business.
