Born and raised in Umbria, Lorenzo graduated with a degree in Viticulture and Enology from the University of Perugia and went on to become a Wine Export Manager at the IED in Florence.

His passion for wine has family roots, but it was also born “on his two feet”, like the label (“Su due piedi”) that characterizes him as a small producer. The first bottle engraved with his name is in memory of his beloved grandfather, who once owned that vineyard.

For years his family has cultivated a bond of friendship and collaboration with Riccardo and Marta. This is how Lorenzo and Romolini Immobiliare came to know and appreciate each other.

In this welcoming and familiar context, the professional figure of Lorenzo was inserted to enrich the already consolidated experience of the Romolini group with sector-specific skills. After passing his qualifying exam in 2025, he became a real estate agent registered with the Perugia Chamber of Commerce under number REA PG-371927.

The systems are remotely controllable. The roof was also entirely disassembled and reassembled in 2022 so that a layer of insulation could be added.

On the ground floor is a large living room with a billiard table and a bedroom served by a bathroom. At the south end of the building, with separate access, is a large cellar/storage room. Going up to the first floor (also accessible directly from the outside via a characteristic staircase with an antique oven) we find instead the dining room with adjoining kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom.

 

About 80 m from the house is a shed (32 m² – 344 ft²) that houses the photovoltaicsystem and is used as covered parking for cars. However, the size is also sufficient as a shelter for agricultural vehicles. The photovoltaic system consists of two independent sections (4 + 2 kW) capable of operating independently due to the presence of two separate inverters. Excess power is stored via 10-kW battery and also powers an electric vehicle charging station.

 

A 38-m phreatic well (flow rate of about 1 Lt/s) has been dug on the property, which ensures a constant water supply for filling the pool and irrigation.
