The estate is located midway between Montieri and Castelnuovo Val di Cecina and all the necessary services are available in these towns. Other cities of Tuscany (Siena, Florence, Pisa) are easily reached in less than two hours. The most convenient airports are Tuscany’s (Pisa, Florence) but given the central location in Italy Rome and Milan are equally convenient.

This 124.4-hectare winery is nestled in the hills of Volterra, in a location of rare beauty and enjoying unparalleled privacy and tranquility. Built between 2013 and 2019, this cutting-edge, state-of-the-art wine cellar is a true architectural masterpiece, organized according to eco-sustainable principles that are also reflected in the sublime quality of the wines. With more than 23.5 hectares of vineyards, the winery currently produces about 70,000 bottles of wine (both red and white) with plans to reach 130,000 bottles per years. Right next the business is a beautiful, fully renovated 1490s historical house, located not far from the winery and surrounded by the vineyards that also frame the swimming pool.

The entrance to the property, closed by a recognizable gate, is located right along the road that connects San Gimignano and Volterra. The road to the property winds through the estate's fields and vineyards and passes right under Mauro Staccioli's monumental work, symbolically titled First Steps and placed right at the entrance to the estate. From the gate, it almost seems as if the farm's internal road passes inside the sculpture's circle.

In the oldest part of Positano, slightly above the historical centre, near an antique church, we find this ancient villa (12 bedrooms and 19 bathrooms) enjoying a beautiful panoramic view of the Amalfi coast and Capri.

The property is set in a prestigious area, just five minutes from the historic center of Positano and the sea, and allows easily reaching several towns and cities of the region, among which we must cite Sorrento, Amalfi, Ravello, the isle of Capri (reached by boat in 40’), the incredible Roman city of Pompeii, Vietri and Naples.

The best airports are Naples (54km; 1h 5’) and Rome (254km; 3h).

The villa (500 m² – 5,382 ft², 12 bedrooms and 19 bathrooms) is set on four floors and is composed as follows.

In Tuscany, between Gaiole and Radda in Chianti, in the prestigious area of the Chianti Classico, stunning wine estate with 101.6 ha of land, 4,135 m² of buildings, luxury villa, farmhouse with holiday apartments, pool, tennis court, monumental cellar and olive grove.

The villa (2,045 m² – 22,004 ft²) is laid out on three levels plus some rooms on the lower ground floor. It has four entries on the ground floor; from the main entrance you can enter directly a large room, which is connected both on the right and on the left with two corridors leading to various rooms and with the stairwell, reachable also from the door on the left side of the building. The corridor on the right leads to a bedroom and a modern kitchen. The corridor on the left leads into a large storage room and to the entrance hall of the rear façade. 

Among the various rooms on the ground floor, there is one with rich flower decorations. On the first floor, like on the lower floor, there is a central area with a large room, which is directly connected to the external staircase and the garden in front of it. Still on this level there is an archive protected by the Soprintendenza Archivistica.

The chapel (55 m² – 592 ft²) is within easy reach of the villa and it was restored in 2000. The flooring is in original terracotta and on the main façade there is a small porch covered with three crossed vaults. The chapel, which was restored in Neo-Renaissance style at the beginning of the 20th century, has a rectangular layout with an only nave and a barrel vault and a bell roof.

The wine cellars are excavated into the rock, covered with cross vaults and occupied with barrels of various size.

The stone cottage is composed of holiday apartments and has ten beds.

Not far from the beautiful city of Arezzo, at the border between Tuscany and Umbria, this 98.0-ha estate houses a 28.4-ha vineyard with its own wine cellar (producing 60,000 bottles of wine per year). DESCRIPTION OF THE BUILDINGS

The castle (2,626 m² – 28,256 ft², 18 bedrooms and 19 bathrooms) is an imposing medieval building, divided into several interconnected areas, structured on five floors.

• Basement: historic cellars;
• Ground floor: formal dining room, kitchen, game room, laundry, fitness center with massage area, four bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and garage to be renovated;
• First floor: reception hall with en-suite bathroom, music room, billiard room, staff’s apartment (kitchen, bedroom and bathroom), guest apartment (living room, three bedrooms with en-suite bathroom and walk-in closet);
• Second floor: living room, conference room, master suite (living room, bedroom, two bathrooms and two walk-in closets) and three bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms;
