In den Hügeln Umbriens, in einer sehr ruhigen und friedlichen Lage, wurde eine ehemalige Benediktinerabtei in ein luxuriöses Boutique-Hotel umgewandelt. Das Gebäude wurde unter Berücksichtigung seines immensen historischen Wertes sorgfältig saniert, wobei alle wichtigen Merkmale erhalten wurden.
