ContactDESCRIPTION OF THE BUILDING, STATE AND FINISHES
The villa (313 m² – 3,368 ft², 6 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms) is on three levels (staggered, with direct access to both lower floors) and has been recently renovated. The carefully chosen finishes combine the original appearance of the farmhouse (with stone walls and wooden beams) with contemporary elements that create an interesting mix of new and old within the building. The rooms are in fact painted white and this, together with the large windows and glass panes, gives the farmhouse great luminosity. In terms of comfort, all the main rooms are equipped with air conditioning so that the temperature is always optimal, both in summer and winter.
