PERUGIA, UMBRIA: AGRITURISMO WITH PANORAMIC VIEW AND POOL

The main farmhouse (300 m² – 3,228 ft², 9 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms) is laid out onto two floors:

• Ground floor: reception, breakfast room/restaurant, guest bathroom, owner’s apartment made up of living room, kitchen with pantry and laundry (also used for the accommodation business), three bedrooms and private bathroom, three bedrooms and private bathroom;
• First floor: entrance from an external staircase, closet and six bedrooms with independent access and en-suite bathroom

The guesthouse (80 m² – 861 ft², up to 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms) is laid out onto two floors too:

• Ground floor: storage room and laundry (convertible into bedrooms with en-suite bathroom);
• First floor: two bedrooms with en-suite bathroom and independent porch.

Worth noting that, for the guesthouse, there is an approved project to enlarge with an approximate additional 90 m², transforming it into an independent villa.

The Agriturismo has been obtained via the restoration of two 19th century farmhouses, whose main characteristics have been attentively preserved. The historical nature of the building is easily visible on the inside, where one can find wooden beams, terracotta floors and exposed stone walls. On the outside, walls have been partially plastered, leaving large parts of stone walls visible.

The air conditioning system, recently installed, covers the whole building so that each bedroom can enjoy the perfect temperature all year long.

The property is surrounded by 3.9 hectares of land which include an olive grove (ca. 180 centuries-old trees), a fruit orchard and a small wood. For those loving an open-air lifestyle, in the vicinity there are several paths suitable both for hitch-hiking and mountain biking.

What’s more, the area offers several events over the course of the year: gluttons will love Eurochocolate in Perugia, music-lovers will be able to enjoy Umbria Jazz and finally history and art lovers will surely appreciate the Giostra della Quintana in Foligno and the Infiorata in Spello.
