The property is composed of an U-shaped farmhouse, recently restored, and a guest house, which was added at a later stage. They are connected by a glass unit with a wooden covering.  
The property has a total surface of 3,469 square metres on three levels, composed as follows.

- Basement floor: wellness centre, meeting rooms with offices, technical rooms and wide underground parking garage.
