The construction of the building, or rather the complete renovation resulting in the amalgamation of the original medieval structures that gave rise to the palazzo, dates back to the 16th century. The estate covers some 63.0 hectares (155.7 acres) on the hills north of Montepulciano. Excluding the gardens surrounding the farmhouses (1.6 hectares in total), the estate primarily has a large vineyard registered for Nobile di Montepulciano DOCG (9.3 ha) and Chianti DOCG (9.2 ha):

This portion of the building was renovated in 2000 and is in excellent condition, with independent heating with radiant panels, single-fired floors, double-glazed windows and solid wood fixtures. The entire floor is currently used for wine storage.
• First floor: living room with balcony, dining room, kitchenette, three bedrooms, bathroom and partially practicable attic. The unit, currently inhabited by the owners, was also renovated in 2000 and has finishes in line with the lower floor.

Around the house stretches a 5,200-m² garden with irrigation system and 95 olive trees, already in full production.
