Our focus is on the quality local businesses, services and products that abound in this relatively undiscovered area of Tuscany. We aim to help travellers easily obtain inside information on the area as quickly as possible whilst they are here, and even before they arrive, so that they can make their plans. Justine lived in Tuscany for the past 15 years and her experience has established this website. Rhiannon and Roger live in Caprese Michelangelo and combine many years’ experience and enjoyment of Tuscan and Umbrian life. They will continue to explore and promote this picturesque and unspoilt part of Tuscany.

The property owners who have joined the website are a cross section of Italians and non-Italians. They are united in their shared pride in the area and their desire to provide quality and warm hospitality. Many guests have said 'We arrived as guests and left as friends', a statement for the integrity of all that are represented on this site.

We personally inspect every property prior to listing and provide a very accurate and honest description, unlike some other multi-property websites. If there are issues about the facilities or access to the property we state this so that guests can make a fully informed selection.
